Trinity’s popular 5,400 square-foot fitness center offers the full complement of fitness machines and state-of-the-art equipment, including selectorized weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, lifecycles, ergometers, and free weights.

0Other indoor facilities include a multipurpose field house with a 1/10th-mile track and indoor tennis courts, wrestling and exercise rooms, and an auxiliary gymnasium.  Ferris Athletic Center is open to the community Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. to 9:45 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., and Sunday Noon to 9:45p.m.  Pool hours may differ from standard building hours.
